Arlene Knight is a Southern University and AFI Conservatory graduate whose career spans major networks and studios including CBS, NBC, ABC, Warner Brothers, and the William Morris Agency. Her AFI thesis film premiered at Sundance, and she went on to sell both her short film Young Americans and her first feature The Sickle to national distributors.
Arlene has produced films, music videos, and features while collaborating with acclaimed talent such as Danny Glover, Giancarlo Esposito, Meagan Good, Blair Underwood, and Diana Ross. She is currently developing a slate of KVEMGP film and television projects, including Silent Voice, The Black Sparrow, Mendez vs. Westminster, Mad About Millie, and multiple holiday films.

Brittnay “LaBrea” is a St. Louis–born fashion visionary whose bold eye for style became her calling early in life. After studying Fashion Merchandising and Entrepreneurship, she moved to Los Angeles and built LaBreaB Stylehouse & Boutique, a destination for rare, statement‑making pieces loved by celebrities and trendsetters.
As a designer, CEO, mentor, and mother, she empowers women—especially mompreneurs—to build brands, grow businesses, and walk confidently in their purpose. From her downtown LA showroom to her mobile boutique, LaBrea is redefining fashion, entrepreneurship, and what it means to rise with style and power.

Brittianna is a resilient and outgoing youth advocate with a powerful story that can connect with diverse communities. Through her involvement in programs like Saving Innocence, Two Wings Qualified Academy, UCLA’s Healing Youth Justice Reimagined Fellowship, LIFT LA's Entrepreneurship Program, The RightWay Foundation plus more. She has used her voice to aid in the process of improving systems for youth across Los Angeles County.
Brittianna has a clear vision for improving the child welfare and juvenile justice system while also empowering current and former CSEC youth. Brittianna is passionate about this work and excited to share her ideas. In addition to her advocacy and county employment, she is also a Chef! She has recently graduated from Los Angeles Trade Technical College with Associates Degrees in Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. Brittianna plans to further her culinary career by fully launching a food and beverage establishment named Nana’s Secret in the near future. Brittianna is an extremely determined individual as well as a powerful public speaker for the LA County Youth Commission.

Treasure Owens Founder and CEO has an extensive 25-year-long background in Business Banking with experience in Community Engagement and Workforce Development, with extensive background in Real Estate. Treasure is a Certified Coach, and a current Instructor for Lift LA Community Business Academy with 50 entrepreneurs entering into the field of business She has developed effective policies for Black Ventures Unlimited and Focus Engagement Development Corporation and her value to staff, business owners, and individuals on behalf of financial literacy growth, and strategy is limitless. Treasure makes sure awareness of financial options for successful financial plans & outcomes. She places the tools in the hands of Business Owners, and clients to make sound and logical investments and financial decisions that will affect the future finance and growth of our ventures. Treasure is committed to keeping POWERS WOMEN NETWORK as a way to give back to those who thrive and strive to be successful by developing programs and outlets that can assist with adding value to others.
